Riots in Cameroon have many wondering when African Leaders will come to the realization that Our grand parents are no fools for wanting to live in peace even as these leaders exploit their positions to trample the very people from whom their power comes from. I will say it a thousand times...Cameroonians are a very peace loving people. They try to, "Just get along" and this very characteristic is being exploited by those in power. Somehow, those who live in the Ivory towers constructed by the sweat of our ordinary brothers/sisters need to come down and listen to us here on the streets. In Dallas Texas, young Cameroonians are preparing for a conference, hopefully attended by the Cameroon Embassy and some one from the Presidency in Cameroon and international press.
